Creating your account

    Open healthmudraa.com/doctor/signup, or tap "Start free" on any Health Mudraa page.

    Enter your email, mobile number, and a password

    Or use the "Sign up with Google" button to skip typing a password entirely.

    Submit to receive your verification code

    Health Mudraa emails you a one-time code (OTP) to confirm the address is really yours.

Already have an invite link from a colleague or agency? Open that link first — it carries a referral code that unlocks a 50% discount on your first paid plan, automatically applied when you sign up through it.

One code, valid for 10 minutes, confirms your account is real.

    Check your email

    The code arrives within a few seconds of submitting the sign-up form.

    Enter the code on the sign-up screen

    A countdown shows how long the code stays valid.

    Code expired? Tap "Resend OTP"

    A fresh code is sent instantly — no need to restart the sign-up form.

Didn't get an email? Check your spam folder first — verification emails occasionally land there on first sign-up.

Once your account exists, this is how you get back in.

    Go to the doctor login page

    healthmudraa.com/doctor/login, or "Doctor Login" in the footer of any page.

    Enter your email and password

    Or use "Sign in with Google" if that's how you originally signed up.

    Forgot your password?

    Use the "Forgot Password" link — a reset link is emailed to you.

What happens after you sign up

Two things happen before your public profile goes fully live.

    Complete Quick Onboarding

    A short guided flow inside your dashboard collects your specialty, qualifications, and clinic details — the minimum needed to submit for review.

  2. 2

    Wait for admin verification

    Health Mudraa reviews every doctor profile before it's publicly discoverable — this keeps the network genuinely verified, not an open directory anyone can join.

  3. 3

    You're live

    Once verified, your profile page, treatment packages, and lead capture all go active. From here, the full dashboard walkthrough (Leads, Treatment Packages, Membership, and more) continues inside your dashboard's Help section.

You can explore your dashboard immediately after signing up — verification only affects whether your profile is publicly visible, not whether you can start setting things up.
