e [Music] many times people have one-sided headaches and generally the tendency to believe it's migraine so this patient has been having headaches on one side of the head for about 22 years and after multiple treatments for migraine the person did not improve one of the conditions we need to think when we have such a situation is called paroxysmal hemicrania now in paroxysmal hemicrania usually there is watering from the eye watering from the nose or nose block but this patient did not have any of these symptoms but peroxyl hemicrania is a disorder which can be easily managed with a single medication so after 22 years of suffering with the specific treatment the patient became headache free the importance is to know that many headaches need not have all these symptoms called autonomic symptoms like watering from the nose or watering from the eyes thinking that it is peroxyl hemicrania when in fact it is peroxyl hemicrania so the trial of this medication has to be given in such patients this is one of those rare presentations of peroxy hemicrania without any autonomic symptoms which looked like a migraine but it was not [Music]
