I like to fly in air India but I proposing a change I was looking forward to the flight meal as it was my first meal of the day breaking the fast omelet would be around 100 G so 200 calories with 10 g of protein and zero fiber 50 g of baked beans 50 g of s fried potato a bun and 10 G of Amo unsalted butter in total we have a meal of around 625 calories with 15 g of protein and 4 G of fiber this is my proposed meal change I will add tomatoes mushrooms and spinach and decrease the cheese to half the amount in the omelet replace potatoes with a cup of lentils and replace the bun and butter with the fruit but you will get 20 g of protein and 10 G of fiber with just 450 calories without significant compromise in the taste my friend saruk Kumar is saying if that happens I will move to spice jetra at least they have Spice in it though I'm proposing changes in Air India meals now my wife priia has secretly bought extra cheese after I had slept my self resect took a nose Di
