hi I'm Dr Anan endocrinologist attached to the monip hospital takura today we are going to talk on lifestyle diseases and their consequences we understand in a society because of the affluency and with increasing availability of the junk foods and because of the daily busy lifestyle we are going to a very bad lifestyle that ends up in lot of disease initially it was a disease of the affluence and this mostly in the Western World with the fluency in in our country and very heterogeneous population even the poor as well as the rich both are getting the disease of the soci uh this may be considered as a social disease because of the lack of exercise poor dietary habits and very bad practices like drinks and others everything makes it a very bad thing so there are many disease which can associate with like the diabetes is maybe the most common thing which you know of and along with that it can be diabetes it can be hyperuricemia where the uric acid levels are high that cause joint pains it can have your liver damaged nonalcoholic fatty liver disease or mfld or it can have your kidney affected it can have your heart affected cardiovascular events in can mic infection heart attacks are so early in this early AG at the age of 30 we are seeing it so we need to be careful and do regular exercise and avoid the drun foods
