[Music] management of urological cancers involve specialities like the surgeon the radiotherapy and medical oncology doctors as well as paliative care people it is uh important that once a disease is diagnosed in its early stage we have a plethora of options to treat the patient which includes robotic surgery laparoscopic and open surgery radiotherapy immunotherapy chemotherapy etc etc to give the best management to the patient with increasing stage and increasing complexity of the disease the options come down so my uh advice is to address any Urological problem at the earliest so that we can get the best outcome of treatment [Music]
