hello Gutman Squad me God bless you today is day 17 my call week so started early to be in the hospital at 6:00 a.m. usually I work out in the morning but this week I changed the time into evening learning that planning is the key busy day at the andas puy center had two whole wheat bread with two eggs and peanut butter for breakfast I took cottage cheese for protein paste blackberries and fruit bowls for my plant points during the break I did meditation in the hospital chapel as it was 85° outside we went to the swimming pool in the evening I did something called swimming in the pool it is a wonderful exercise to stay active and healthy it is just an absolute pleasure to hang out with kids in the pool my second son other told my oranges and increase is plan points what a healthy competition I played Cricket with my friends when people have a good Social Circle they're more likely to make healthy choices and have better physical health outcomes mainly mental health outcomes but not when you drop a catch I had white peas mixed with mangoes and carrots drank pineapple and ginger juice had Greek yogurt and strawberries added way protein for a protein of 120 g stay happy stay guty
