hello Gutman Squad me God bless you I got called in for an emergency at night I just went to sleep around 10:30 p.m. and I got a call from the hospital around 11:00 p.m. for an emergency case in the ICU we were able to save the patient with God's blessing and I prayed God to save my circadian rhythm which is messed up for the night I slept only at 2: a.m. and woke up again at 6:30 a.m. for the next day all of us are busy like this but we need to start noticing and be aware of the Sleep deficit so that we can compensate accordingly at my usual high protein breakfast had tilapia for lunch and had some more plan points extremely busy day in the hospital I was absolutely tired but because of the challenge I pushed myself to do my workout this challenge was painful to record on a daily basis but the biggest Advantage is this habit this little thing in me which is wanting me to go to the gym despite how busy it is this is exactly what I wanted did meditation for the day increase my plan points for the day was very tired went to bir early around 9:00 p.m. to catch up on the Sleep deficit only 11 more days to go for my Tas SC report stay happy stay gutsy
