[Music] sh22 drug Aller online24 [Music] after that last we surgery and Dr anthia so thank youa thank you for everything hello everyone I'm Dr fanek consultant laproscopic and robotic surgeon this patient sanj bin came to me in the OPD uh with a complaint of pain in abdomen from last two years she was diagnosed out outside in other hospital as a gallstone disease uh she was taken up in the OT outside in other hospital where she got an SE allergic reaction to the anesthetic medicines uh later on she was diagnosed as a p St Johnson syndrome which is a syndrome which is which are known for lot of drug allergic allergy as well as the food allergy so when she came to me then we have discussed with our anesthetist Dr Jan BAS then we undergo lot of uh test for uh drugs which she's been allergic then it was concluded that we will under we will make her undergo laproscopic colomy in the spinal anesthesia usually the G surgery has been done in the general anasia where we have to give the gas and to inflate the abdomen so the spinal aysia causes only the minimal pain and she was not allergic to one which can be given in spesia hello myself Dr Jan B consultant in our integral Hospital uh we had this patient named Miss Shanita par 29 years female she had a history of quiry Steven Johnson syndrome or some anotic reaction following some copin drug which is an antibiotic so she came to ask for laparoscopy colomy which is user done under general anesthesia but when he did a lot of allergic test it was found she is allergic to lots of genal anesthesia drug and also some spinal anesthesia drug but later we decided to go on with spinal anesthesia with some special rug with to which she was not so allergic so actually general anesthesia is necessary for lab colicy tectomy but later we decided to do it uh on spinal Anastasia and some inal Asian plag was also used and she undergone the laproscopy col in spal thisa now she is been discharged she came for followup she's been stable and doing well thank you [Music]
