hi we are going to talk about minimally invasive surgical procedures in urology so minimally invasive surgeries means we are not making big cuts on the patient's body the surgery is performed with the help of telescopes or laparoscopes which require only small Keyhole like incisions the benefit is that the entire operation is performed with small uh Keyhole size cuts of few millim the pain is very less the recovery is very fast and the patient goes back to normal life very quickly now these surgeries are done with the help of laparoscope or robots and these are becoming the standard of care nowadays so now we do minimal invasive procedures for cancers for various other reconstructive procedures and for uh kidney stone or urri Stones where sometimes or rather most of the times we don't even make any cut the entire procedure is done without cuts [Music]
