croissant is slightly more look at all the chocolate blings that is going to increase the calories a little bit more oh my God chocolate muffin again this is easily 150 calories English cake 150 calories vanilla muffin same thing I like one aspect of this is that everything over here is the same denominator which is almost 150 calories so look at this this is something new zatar manakish I'm going to try this today it's pretty long even this looks like there's a lot of butter but you know I'm going to try this because I've never tried this in the past so when we are doing some new dish our gut bacteria is going to grow as well so it is okay to try it out the next one is hash brown again the same American devil this is easily 100 to 150 calories palaa look at this I was looking for palaa but it is not there oh my God oh my favorite chicken sausage and beef bacon which is your processed meat the reason that I'm saying that this is my favorite is this is one of the main reason my this itself maybe 250 calories oh my God but it's so good this is our famous Falafel look at this I really like FFA because it is rich in protein and fiber because of the chickpeas the problem is when you fry this and the where the excess oil comes through one ffel is actually good this will be itself 100 calories but relatively okay look at the S seeds on the top basically Indian V slightly topped with sasami seeds The Taste is almost similar to that I'm going to try with hummus so good so good and then we have baked beans good source of fiber The Taste is not that good I'm not liking it but I'm just eating it because I know it's good for me and look at this corns and mushrooms low calorie good for me taste is actually very good so this is a local Arabic dish it has eggplant tomatoes and onions also a chickpeas this is very good very good it's amazing so guys I know it was a very high calorie meal for me but you know I tried to be as healthy as possible and at the same time I did not compromise on the taste that much so the key thing this is my desert look at this fruits it's more sweeter than in us or even in India this calou it's very sweet maybe cantaloup here in bin is much sweeter than in us or India I don't know but it's very very sweet pineapple so I mean this at 11:00 a.m. this is my first meal so today I know that I have at and lot in the morning so I'll be able to compromise a little bit later in the afternoon around like you know uh 5 6 p.m. and then I just call it a day so this is how I do my breakfast on uh vacation let me know in the comment section what you might have chosen in your buffet and let me know as well in terms of what I missed I would learn to learn from you as well so the bottom line is I must have gotten at least 25 g of protein at least 10 G of fiber so good for me oh
