welcome to an another episode of a restaurant review with Dr pal so you know everybody was commenting that know you have only one life you need to live you need to eat you need to eat whatever you want so I am going to adopt that same policy as well but I'm going to encourage healthy restaurants as well you know there have been so many good restaurant that is coming up with healthy options as well so I'm going to show a new restaurant over here it's called sap it is not a paid promotion at all it is something that I need to do by myself I'm socially responsible to show something healthy restaurant as well so we're going to go in review all the food options available we are here as a group restaurant by posi we're going to go in and then see what's going on okay come [Music] on see the key thing I want to review this restaurant because you know this is uh being I know the person was running and his uh concept is that you know we have to give Healthy Foods correct so look at this they had no food dice no mg it is very difficult to run a restaurant profitably with all these good things that is happening okay that is why nobody is reviewing their chant I am reviewing for them okay because all the good things needs to be spread out and this restaurant is in Bay Area if you are in Bay Area please check it out so guys look at this you know they decorated it very beautifully but Al looking at this what is the first thing that comes to your mind this looks like in the chemistry lab like all the solutions SKT in a test tube right and I mean anyway it's here for you to test 10 to 15 pieces okay so I would say this whole appetizer is around easily know 250 to 300 calories more oil is coming oh oh because you know I think uh they they use avocado oil see in general I think uh but that doesn't mean that you can eat all the three planted at the same time think tast wi is very good the sauce is kicking in and look at this nobody can eat beat the Indian spices we call this don't know something was there see this was rich in fiber okay this I ordered because I was rich I did not even know what it was I just sent an order because this is $9.99 this is $15.99 that's the difference right sometimes you just order then decide but I you know I think this mut Cola guys muta um I think absolutely is going to be very tasty and delicious but already I am very rich in calories I'm very conscious so look at this one mutton Cola no matter I think they have avoided seed oils and everything but still mutton is very rich in calories so if you can include red meat 500 G per week so this will be 500 G per week I'm not going to you want so guys I ordered the main menu It's called Sati s look at [Music] this Raa our um own South Indian dish where which is very very good for your gut and sambar sambar is rich in protein fiber uh not as as rich in protein as people think people think that oh I'm eating sambar I get lots of protein not necessarily the protein content is there but not that much and this is more col so I am going to share everything with me and ananta yeah definitely okay okay I need more more Corum no no no I need more this is not enough I want to
