they say behind every successful man is a woman but I think behind every successful woman is a woman herself a woman is a gifted individual who has qualities of multitasking she's powerful she's beautiful and she's hardworking so with all these qualities that a woman has she can use it to enable her family to enable herself today women I see a lot of women smoke but I wish to bring use this platform to uh to give a suggestion to women who smoke because smoking is deleterious not only for their health but it is very very bad for a fetus who may be growing within her or children who may be around her so women please use all your qualities to bring out the best in you and the best in your family have a great women's day on women's day I would like to give a small message firstly to the young girls to dream for the stars and to achieve your dreams because nothing is impossible as a woman in today's day and life second for the young mothers who have young babies in their lives do remember that brain development and growth happens maximum in the first few years of life so shower your children with love good nutrition good sleep and exercise these are the simple basic parameters to improve brain development and lastly for those young people going into marriage at a young age I recommend that avoid marrying into the community into your families in particular because the chance of genetic disorders because of consanguinity is relatively higher a small message to Young mothers on women's day your parents your husband's parents play a great role in your child's life the grandparents are there as a foil to even spoil the child but more important than that to help in the development of the child in an overall fashion encourage your children to go out with their grandparents to visit them because they are a fund of wisdom of knowledge and also great loving care for your children I have one special uh tip or idea which we can give to all our high-risk pregnancy mothers these women they usually advised prolonged bed dress in prolonged indoor activity there are some small activities which we can do like a hobby class or a painting class or maybe you can arrange a small get together for your Tob mother so that you know it may just uh Enlighten her mood a bit so this is what maybe we can offer our family members especially who are dealing with these high-risk pregnancies as women we are expected to do a lot in home outside of home um and it is equally essential that we take care of ourselves and we also prioritize ourselves but I think what sets a woman apart from other others and makes her a great leader is her sensitivity and I think we should not lose that work home is not what defines us we still have our very own personality so make sure you nurture every aspect of your personality we know that obesity leads to breast cancer and we definitely don't want people to suffer from cancer and definitely not ourselves when we are the backbone of the house in Indian mythology and culture women are celebrated as shaky the goddess of power so unless we take care of ourselves how will we take care and nurture a healthy family devote some half an hour or 45 minutes or an hour if possible for healthy exercises and eat nutritious Foods as a young female doctor I believe all of us are too involved with our careers and aim to strive for the best by losing contact with what makes me me I'm actually deprived of what I can put in my work as well if I get time for myself if I get time to enjoy the things that I do I think I can become a better individual and as females we can contribute more towards Society I think it's important that we enjoy us at the same time we get and provide time for ourselves to enjoy our family our work and as well as the things that make us us I wish all of us a happy Woman's Day [Music]
