[Music] hi today I'll be talking about endovascular neurosurgery endovascular neurosurgery involves procedures where we do surgeries in the blood vessels of the brain in which we make a keyhole or a pin hole in the groin like how we do a enog or enoplastic for the cardiac uh blocks so in this what we do is through the pinhole we pass small tubes into the brain and we try to uh operate in the blood vessels of the brain through these small tubes so in this surgery we don't require any suture in layman's term it is a pinhole surgery where the patient will have just a needle prick so with this uh procedures or technique uh we can treat multiple diseases like uh brain aneurysm which which is ballooning of the blood vessel we can uh treat arterovenous malformations we can also shrink the tumor applying the blood vessels so that this tumors can be removed safely nowadays in acute Strokes we can pass this small tubes into the brain vessels and open the blood clots with clot Busters we can also open up the blood vessels of the neck like the koted vessels with stenting so with this Advent of uh new technique we can treat multiple diseases without opening of the skull thank you
