I'm Dr vishwanath senior consultant in Department of General gastrointestinal and minimal access surgery in manipal hospital saur Branch I have over 30 years of experience in the field of general surgery and G surgery and minimal access surgery and uh what all we deal with in the department I'm going to highlight the conditions from at to2 we operate uh usually lumps because most of the patients they come with a swelling in the body from Ed to to though we classified under a soft tissue tumor unless otherwise proven it comes as a soft tissue tumor it can be lipoma sebaceous cyst or it can be a sarcomas so these are all the common problems where the patient comes with us and coming to the breast problem in the breast we deal with the benign breast tumors and cancerous problem and coming to the Ed and neck we operate on thyroid surgeries parathyroid surgeries and peroid surgeries and most often diabetic patient they suffer with the infection in the foot they normally present to us with the infected wound with a p discharge so we deal with the diabetic foood surgeries and coming to the minimal access surgeries the commonly performed surgeries as the gallbladder stone surgeries and hernia surgeries the advantage of minimal access surgery is and it can be done as a dayare and less painful and scarless surgeries and G surgeries we we do with the intestinal obstruction stomach surgeries appendix surgeries and uh coming to the acute process like infective process like absis in the body and pyal sinuses and absis in the body we normally deal with it and uh coming to the blood vessel problem basically patients comes with the dilated torturous vein that is a very Co ve we normally do a evlt that is a laser surgery and open surgery for the the condition at manipal hospital saur we deal with all kinds of a complex cases because hospital is well equipped with all the instrument and investigatory methods thank you [Music]
