Transcript

hi I'm Dr Rocky CIA consultant cardiologist at MIP today we are here to discuss about heart attack and heart burn I know it's very confusing term because most of the time it becomes difficult to identify which one it is so most of the time to identify the real heart pain it's more of a heaviness on the chest which can extend up from our jaw up to the amas lasting for 5 to 10 minutes and then on exertion this pain might increase some of them may have radiations either to the left hand or to the right hand so sometimes we have had patients who have come only with jaw pain so atypical presentation is expected nowadays and we should understand that it can be heart pain whereas if it's a gastric pain most of the time it settles down with anti so you can wait for 10 to 15 minutes see whether your symptoms subside
