it was heartbreaking to hear that a 41 year old cardiologist died due to Cardiac Arrest the news reads that we don't know why he had a heart attack he was young he was active he was non-smoker he was T totaler he was working 14 hours a day did 16 000 cardiac surgeries by the age of 41. we are missing the elephant in the room working 14 hours a day continuously doing this many amount of surgeries it's not a positive thing with such a busy schedule the cortisol levels would have been Sky High stressing your heart every day silently even without your knowledge in my opinion the manufacturing warranty for our body engine is only up to 40 years the next 40 years is based on how well you took care of the first 40 years I plead to the medical community and all busy professionals please take care of yourself have a good sleep good diet and make yourself a priority so that all your priorities including your family is well taken care of
