let's review the Emirates business class meals the menu was longer than the Emirates flight I plan to have a balanced meal with at least 20 g of protein and 10 G of fiber tried the orange juice it was Sour but because it was business class I drank it through water is always better as hydration is critical no matter how high you go in flight or life it was difficult to remove the Ring Around The Cutlery like the built around our waist the meal served was awesome I started with my fiber intake with a fruit bowl then I took my protein portion with smoked salmon and grilled chicken with broccoli it was nicely done with tender pieces they gave chocolates certainly worth the calories but I used as my C source for the meal they had mocktails cocktails beer wine and whiskey horrible Choice during flight travel similar to their Tamil translation this hydration will only make us get high I got my protein potion but I think I will struggle to get fiber options in Dubai because I see very less fiber from here
