[Music] it is very commonly asked question from my patients what should be the normal range of lipid profile and I ask all my patients to follow simple rule of 50 for your lipid profile it is 50 100 150 and 200 for your high density lipo protein low density lipo protein triglycerides and cholesterol make it more simple you have to keep your high density type of protein above 15 then maintain your low density lipoprotein below 100 reduce your triglycerides below 150 and your cholesterol total cholesterol should be less than 200 so this is a simple rule of 50 for your lipid profile HDL more than 50 LDL less than 100 triglycerides less than 150 cholesterol less than 200 so follow this simple rule of 50 stay healthy and stay fit
