[Music] Namar B Hospital Hospital nister today I would like to discuss about Saab warma who is 22 year old male he had rhe arthritis with chronicity and on improper medication his disease has progressed with the involvement of the joints of both hip joint and his knee and his ankle so he was in a state where he was not able to walk he came to hospital on a wheelchair and looking at his status definitely we thought we have something to uh some solution to give to him and we planned uh first we corrected this rato uh thing under the guidance of Dr Vina our rheumatologist and when the disease came under control we planned for surgical we went ahead with the surgery on his right hip joint with us giving more problem and Then followed by the left hip joint and then with a gap with this like hemoglobin correction we did the surgery for the right knee and he with stood all the surgeries and stress involved with that well and then post surgeries he was able to stand with good with some amount of pain and he underwent physiotherapy for a period of 2 to 3 weeks after that now he's able to comfortably stand and able to walk so some amount of pain is there in the left ankle but it is not very severe that's why we are just managing with the physiotherapy it was a challenging case I think we we are getting a good results out of [Music] it
