[Music] [Laughter] hello so at presentation she was quite sick with uh low hemoglobin low platelets she had bleeding and uh uh we had to uh actually treat the relapse disease aggressively now and whenever a disease like AML relapses the only C that is there for such children is to do a uh successful bone marrow transplantation so here we were very fortunate that uh elder sister of asra uh called Aisha she was a 16-year-old girl was completely matched with asra so she was the donor and we were fortunate that she was completely matched following engraftment where uh the new stem cells from Aisha started uh coming into as's body we had some reactions that is called graph versus host disease which which we actually uh managed quite well and uh after about four five weeks of admission we could successfully discharge her very safely the following blood test that blood and bone marrow test that we have done at 3 months post transplant 6 months and now she's about 9 months post transplant uh have all shown that she's free from the disease and uh she's doing well so uh it it it brings about a lot of joy for us when kids uh suffering from such complex as well as uh highrisk disorders uh come out with flying colors with complex treatments like bone Mar transplant it's possible only because of a team effort and uh the infrastructural uh support from the hospital that we get thanks doks nesk thank you sister [Music]
