hello Nam [Music] dry this child actually came to us after about 3 months of his symptoms where he was having continuous fevers and uh he was undiagnosed uh the moment he came to me I understood that his symptoms are not falling in place for any infection so it was very likely that he was having a abdominal tumor a pediatric cancer so we did few tests after which we understood that it was a high-risk neuroblastoma which is one of the common tumors of children usually happens within 5 years of age so once he was with us immediately we started him on uh uh some form of treatment uh which was chemotherapy based so the next 7 months that happened during his treatment was uh uh something called as intensive chemotherapy followed by uh some major surgery from our pediatric surgery team and then we had to take him for uh something called autologous bone marrow transplantation and uh he was observed in a very isolated room called HEPA filtered rooms for about 3 weeks during his Hospital stay following that he um has done quite well this is uh one of the uh success stories in pediatric cancers that we may say and we have to follow this kid uh further for about 3 to 5 years from now it's really nice to see kids come out with flying colors after having undergone complex treatments like bone marrow transplantation so pediatric hematology or pediatric oncology is always a very fascinating branch and our speciality is here is well equipped to treat all kind of tumors thank you Dr [Music] [Applause] [Music]
