[Music] when doctors tell you that you are suffering from hypertension we essentially mean that you are having high blood pressure so remember it has nothing to do with tension as far as the word hypertension goes but let me also tell you that one of the major causes of nowadays of having a high blood pressure is mental tension oblique mental stress so one of the main measures that you can adopt to reduce your blood pressure is to have or or to lessen your stress you can do that by any means one of the very important means is have an adequate sleep of 7 to 8 hours Point number two you should ensure that you are consuming very less amount of Salt Point number three ensure that at least you walk for 30 minutes a day and very very importantly please don't smoke if you adopt these four means I'm sure that you'll be able to keep hypertension at Bay thank you
