uh valve problems are very common now nowadays uh there are predominantly two valve problems one is the narrowing of the valve which is known as a stenosis or mital stenosis depending on the valve involved and the other problem is leaking valve which is known as regurgitation so if it is the erotic valve which is regurgitating it is known as AR and if it is the mital valve it is known as Mr or mital regurgitation for these problems if the problem is very severe we require surgery and there is no place for medical therapy in this group of patients if the valve surgery is required it is required so especially in those group of people who are suffering from valvular stenosis that is as or AMS and if it is severe it requires surgery and it cannot be managed by medications
