[মিউজিক] নমস্কার আমার নাম দিব্যেন্দু বিশ্বাস আমার মেয়ের নাম অদৃজা বিশ্বাস আসলে গত 2022 সালের আগস্ট মাসে ওর একটা ভিএসডি সার্জারি হয় তো প্রেগনেন্সিতেই আমরা প্রথম ইউএসডি যখন করা হয় তখনই ডাক্তারের থেকে জানতে পারি যে ওর হার্টে একটা ফুটো আছে তো তারপরে আমরা নিজেরাও একটু মানে ব্যাপারটা সম্পর্কে জানার চেষ্টা করছিলাম তখনই আমরা জানতে পারলাম যে নারায়ণা হসপিটালে বাচ্চাদের এই ধরনের চিকিৎসা করা হয়ে থাকে তো তারপরে আমরা হাওড়া নারায়ণা সুপার স্পেশালিটি হসপিটালে ডক্টর অমিতাভ চট্টোপাধ্যায়ের সাথে প্রথমে আমরা দেখা করি তখন স্যার আমাদেরকে যেভাবে গাইড করেন আমরা সেইভাবে এগোতে থাকি এবং আমাদেরকে তারপরে ডেলিভারির পরে ট্রিটমেন্টের পরে আমাদেরকে বলা হয় যে ওর মোটামুটি ছ সাত মাস যখন বয়স হবে তখন এই সার্জারিটা করা হবে তো আগস্ট মাসের 8 তারিখে 2022 সালের আমরা যথারীতি এডমিশন করানো হয় এবং 10 তারিখে সেই সার্জারিটা হয় কিন্তু 10 তারিখে সার্জারির পরে কিছু কমপ্লিকেশনস আসতে থাকে এবং আমার মেয়েকে একমো সাপোর্টে নিয়ে যাওয়া হয় যথারীতি প্রায় চারদিন একমো সাপোর্টে ছিল এবং তারপরে আমার মেয়ে বেরিয়ে আসে আস্তে আস্তে রিকভারি করতে থাকে প্রায় এক মাসের কাছাকাছি আমরা হসপিটালে ছিলাম তারপর আমরা বাড়িতে আসি যথারীতি ট্রিটমেন্ট চলতে থাকে আমরাও অনেক যত্নে রাখি দিয়ে এখন প্রায় এক বছর পরে আমরা দেখি যে সমস্যাগুলো প্রায় সমাধান হয়ে গেছে স্যার বললেন এখন প্রায় দু বছর হতে চলল সার্জারি এখন আমার মেয়ে তো খুবই ভালো আছে এই যে সমস্যা বিপদ যেটা ছিল আমরা কাটিয়ে এসেছি আর সেটার জন্য আমরা অবশ্যই ধন্যবাদ জানাতে চাইবো নারায়ণা হেলথকে আর ওখানকার ডাক্তার যারা আমাদেরকে এত সাহায্য করেছেন ডক্টর শুভদীপ দাস দেবাশিষ দাস স্যার এরা আমাদেরকে প্রতিটা পদেই খুব সাপোর্ট করেছেন প্রত্যেকটা জিনিসে আমাদেরকে মানে হেল্প করেছেন ইভেন মানে যখন আমরা সব আশা হারিয়ে ফেলেছিলাম যখন প্রতিনিয়ত তিন-চার দিন এইভাবে ইকমো সাপোর্টে আমরাও বুঝতে পারছি না কি হবে সামনে তখনও স্যাররা আমাদেরকে যথেষ্ট আশা দিয়েছেন এবং তার জন্য আমরা খুবই মানে আন্তরিকভাবে খুবই আনন্দিত এবং আমাদেরকে এত বড় একটা উপহার আমাদের সন্তানকে ফিরিয়ে দেওয়ার জন্য আমরা অন্তর থেকে ধন্যবাদ জানাই নমস্কার হাই পেডিয়াট্রিক কার্ডিয়াক ইন্টেনসিভিস্ট নারায়ণা সুপার স্পেশালিটি হসপিটাল হাওড়া কনজেনিটাল হার্ট ডিজিজেস আর গ্রেট প্রবলেম ইন ইন্ডিয়া এন্ড ওয়ার্ল্ড ওয়াইড ইন ইন্ডিয়া আনফরচুনেটলিনেস people are becoming more cognizant and more aware about this problem so if you suspect your kid is suffering from heart condition if you see that he is suffering from recurrent respiratory infections recurrent difficulty in breathing right from the time of birth inability to gain weight then i think it's very essential to seek pediatricians help as soon as possible many times when this patients are referred to a cardiac center they are found to have cardiac problems most of this cardiac problems nowadays can be fixed by very advanced form of cardiac surgeries which have excellent results as well as micro surgeries which do give very good results also sometimes however because the surgeries are very intense in the post operative period the children can become really sick so they need a lot lot of attention in the icu a lot of care in the icu sometimes they become so sick that they sometimes require the help of an advanced form of life support therapy called extracorporial membrane oxygenation or ecmo but if properly used then children can absolutely come out of the icu even if they are on ecmo they can come out of that life support therapy and can have a কমপ্লিটলি নরমাল লাইফ সো এজ আই সেড দ্যাট আইডেন্টিফাইং চিলড্রেন with congenital heart diseases referring them to appropriate centers for treatment is the need of the r and if appropriately referred if appropriately identified then we can reduce the mortality in under five children and also infants to a great extent thank you [মিউজিক] اللہ
